Vintage photograph of Buddy Blattner & Dizzy Dean Promoting Falstaff Beer Framed
Recently aquired at a farm sale is this black and white glossy photo of Buddy Blattner and Dizzy Dean.
I don't know much about it but here is some information I found on the internet.
Photo from 1956 press promo for Falstaff given to the corporate pilot for Falstaff in appreciation Autographed by Buddy Blattner and Dizzy Dean. Blattner was a pro baseball player later was a radio sports broadcaster and did Falstaff promos with Dizzy Dean. Dizzy Dean was a pitcher for the St. Louis Browns,St.Louis Cardinals,and when Chicogo Cubs won 30 games in one season. Inducted in the Baseball Hall of fame in 1953 Dizzy was the spokesperson for Falstaff Brewing and traveled the country promoting the brand.
